From poultry manure to high-quality natural fertilizer by fermentation
Worldwide manure management has become an urgent problem for poultry farms. Solutions need to be found to prevent the pollution of soil, air and especially groundwater to reduce infectious diseases of human and beast. A further economical aspect is to reduce the regular high cost of manure management.
Up to now industrialized poultry farms have only cared for the manure management without prosecuting and forwarding the use of the manure. Azra's manure fermentation and drying systems allows you to maximize profits with the help of produced manure.
Azra's system is based on a pure fermentation and drying process. The produce is based on two phases of aerobic fermenting and drying process and one phase of final drying process.
In three process phases, fresh manure with a solid content of approx 30% is changed into high-quality natural fertilizer granules with a solid content of about 80-85% and a high organic compound content.
After 4-5 weeks of fermentating and drying time this final product, weather packed or in bulk, can be sold as pure natural fertilizer, which is a recommended use for fruits, vegetables and wine-growing, floriculture and hoticulture.
